Really disgusting Halloween prop! A sculpted latex hand holds a fistful of hair on top of the head, but your own hand fits into the back of the head and moves the mouth, making them look alive! Prop is foam-filled with a sheet foam sleeve. From cut off bloody neck to top of the fist holding the hair is approximately 15". Long blonde hair is bloodied, bloodshot eyes are very realistic. Rat sticks out of mouth approximately two inches and can be wiggled for that living appearance! Creepy!
